EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

All events booked through [Stefanie Gass LLC or ChelsiJo. Co for Call Her Blessed] are subject to the following terms and conditions.

By clicking “process my order”, you represent that you have read and understand this agreement, the terms of service (“TOS”) and the privacy policy, each hereby incorporated by reference, and expressly agree to, and consent to be bound by, all of the terms and conditions contained therein. This agreement shall have the same legal effect and force as a written and signed document.

Services:
By purchasing a ticket to [Call Her Blessed In Person Retreat] , [Stefanie Gass LLC and ChelsiJo.Co] agree to provide [a 3-day retreat with lodging].

Fees and Refunds.
All fees become payable at the time of purchase based on the purchase option. Missed payments will result in cancellation of booking and the reservation will be lost. No refunds will be allowed for any reason. However, a ticket may be eligible for transfer before 1/30/21. Ticket holder is fully responsible for transferring the ticket on their own and must alert CHB team no later than 1/30/21 of any and all changes. Transfer of ticket must be submitted in writing to info@chelsijo.co and info@stefaniegass.com .

Event Admittance:
Please note that if you do not show up for the Call Her Blessed event, are late, or miss a portion of the training, there will be NO REPLAYS. There are no refunds, and there won’t be make-up sessions. These are LIVE, in-person trainings, no exceptions.

Speakers & Trainings:
Views expressed by speakers are their own. [Stefanie Gass LLC and Chelsi Jo.Co] cannot accept liability for advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker at this event or in any material provided to attendees.

Photographs, Publicity Material, Radio and Television and Print Media:
[Stefanie Gass LLC and Chelsi Jo.Co] reserve the sole right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by [Stefanie Gass LLC and Chelsijo.co] in the course of the event, for whatever use deemed proper by Stefanie Gass LLC or Chelsijo.co. You agree [[Stefanie Gass LLC and Chelsijo.co]] has the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of you in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of trade, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without compensation to you, and all rights titled and interest bearing (including all worldwide copyrights therein) will be [[Stefanie Gass LLC and Chelsijo.co]] sole property.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
NEITHER PARTY TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). IN NO EVENT SHALL [[Stefanie Gass LLC or Chelsijo.co’s]] LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT EXCEED THE AMOUNT IT HAS BEEN PAID FOR SERVICES. ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE BROUGHT WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR OF THE DATE THEY ARE OR REASONABLY SHOULD HAVE BEEN DISCOVERED.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event either party is unable to perform its obligations under the terms of this Contract because of unforeseen events, including but not limited to, Acts of God, pandemics, strikes, equipment or transmission failure or damage reasonably beyond its control, or other causes reasonably beyond its control, such party will not be liable for damages to the other party for any damages resulting from such failure to perform or otherwise from such causes.

General Terms:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the Services, and any amendments to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by the parties. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with [AZ or NM] law without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Parties agree to submit all disputes to the exclusive jurisdiction of [AZ or NM] federal and state courts. This Agreement cannot be modified or amended except by express written agreement of the parties. There is no joint venture or partnership between the parties and none shall be implied by this Agreement. Section headings in this Agreement are for convenience of reference only. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable in any respect, the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.

Transportation:
All participants are responsible for transportation outside of the Event timeframes. [Call Her Blessed In Person Retreat] , [Stefanie Gass LLC and ChelsiJo.Co] are not liable or responsible for travel complications related to the Event. Transportation to and from the Event and Hotel will be provided at no additional cost to the Participant.
